1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from VOLTARA. By placing an order you agree to them.

2. Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation / dispatch email. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is unavailable or mispriced), in which case we refund any payment taken.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment provider. We take care to price correctly but if an obvious error occurs we will contact you before dispatch.

4. Availability

All products are subject to availability. Product images are illustrative and there may be minor variations.

5. Delivery

Delivery details, timescales and costs are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

As a UK consumer you have a legal right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, in addition to our own returns policy. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.

7. Your statutory rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

8. Warranty

Products are covered by the manufacturer/supplier warranty where stated, in addition to your statutory rights.

9. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Otherwise our liability is limited to the price of the products purchased.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
